AWS Cloud Learner

Hi, I'm Thaneshwar
Building My Cloud Future

On a mission to master AWS Cloud Computing — one service at a time. From Linux to EC2, S3 to Lambda.

About Me

My cloud journey so far

Who Am I?

I am Thaneshwar, an aspiring AWS Cloud Engineer from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. I have a deep passion for cloud technology and I am committed to building a strong foundation in AWS.

I started my journey by setting up Linux on WSL2 on my Windows laptop, installing the AWS CLI, and now actively learning core AWS services through hands-on practice.

My goal is to become a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner and eventually a Solutions Architect — building real-world cloud solutions that make a difference.

Core services I am actively learning and practicing

🖥️

Amazon EC2

Virtual servers in the cloud. Learning to launch, configure and manage Linux instances using t2.micro free tier.

Currently Learning
🪣

Amazon S3

Object storage service. Hosting static websites, storing files and learning bucket policies and permissions.

Currently Learning
🔐

AWS IAM

Identity and Access Management. Creating users, roles, and policies to securely manage AWS resources.

Currently Learning
🌐

Amazon VPC

Virtual Private Cloud networking. Learning subnets, security groups, route tables and internet gateways.

Coming Soon

Serverless computing — run code without managing servers. Exploring event-driven architecture.

Coming Soon
🗄️

Amazon RDS

Managed relational database service. Planning to set up MySQL and PostgreSQL databases in the cloud.

Coming Soon
📊

Amazon CloudWatch

Monitoring and observability. Learning to set up alarms, dashboards and log management.
